• Forfeiture of the bond amount if the defendant fails to appear
• Costs associated with apprehending the defendant
• Legal fees and court costs
• Any damages or expenses resulting from the defendant's actions

7. Collateral

Any collateral provided to secure a bail bond remains the property of the provider until all obligations under the bond agreement are satisfied. Collateral will be returned upon successful completion of the case and payment of all fees, less any applicable charges or damages.

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality of all client information in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards. Information may be disclosed as required by law or court order.

9. Limitation of Liability

NLB BAIL BONDS' liability is limited to the services provided. We are not responsible for the defendant's compliance with court orders, appearance at hearings, or any criminal charges. Our obligation is limited to posting the bail bond as requested.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Oklahoma.
